Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Orders placed by you with Suzie's Florist are subject to these terms and conditions.

Availability and Compensation
We endeavor to show items on the website that are in stock, but due to demand or other circumstances, some goods are subject to availability. 


Delivery
Same day deliveries are only possible on orders placed before 12.00 hrs and are within the Dublin area, and will normally be delivered between 9.00 hrs and 18.00 hrs except for offices which will be delivered by 17.00 hrs. Specified delivery times are not guaranteed except for Funerals and Weddings.

Suzies Florist DOES NOT open on Sundays. Any orders placed on Sunday, for same day delivery, will not be delivered until that Monday.

We deliver daily- Monday to Saturday (except for public holidays). All product prices shown do not include a delivery charge. This will be added to the product price. The correct delivery area MUST be chosen (e.g. Finglas, Greater Dublin & National), failing this, Suzies Florist reserve the right to either request the balance for delivery, or remove some flowers from the order in order to achieve the balance. 

Please note the the product styles and prices may alter, we will advise you of any increase in the product price by email.

All products are subject  to availability and Suzies Florist  reserve the right to provide contents and packaging of equal or greater value without notice. Allowances must be made for flowers out of season or temporarily out of stock.

Guarantee of Satisfaction/Complaints Procedure

Suzies Florist guarantee that every order supplied/delivered personally by us will be of GOOD QUALITY, IN GOOD CONDITION and to the full retail value ruling on the day of supply/delivery. Any complaint of dissatisfaction must be notified to us within 24 hours after supply/delivery, as it is our policy to replace the item with another of equal value, should this be required.


Contract Termination
We reserve the right to terminate any contract between Suzie's Florist and the customer without penalty. If we choose to terminate the contract, we shall refund any money owed to you.
